NARA provides trade facilitation services as a member benefit. If there is a matter negatively impacting your company’s ability to export rendered products (e.g., delays with scheduling facility inspections with APHIS or a cargo is being rejected by a foreign government), NARA may be able to expedite a resolution or get you the information you need. While we cannot guarantee a favorable outcome, we will do our best to help escalate the issue on your behalf.

Current dues-paying members of NARA may complete this online form to request trade assistance. Please ensure you include all pertinent information such as:

  • Your plant’s APHIS number
  • The product(s) you’re exporting and the destination country
  • The names of the individuals/offices you’ve already contacted to resolve this issue
  • Copies of any related documents or correspondence that you may have from the agency involved
  • Your email and phone number so we can follow up with you
